You’ve gotta hear this – Leslie Craig’s Wild Card

888002159168_170x170-75A couple of years ago, a friend of mine from Florida went to a Steve Carlson concert. She bought one of his CDs and sent it to me. I liked it and bought some almost all of his other music (because he’s really good). (Oh, wow, I didn’t realize he put a second album out in 2012. Excuse me for a minute while I go shopping .)

Anyway, I followed Steve on Twitter and one of the people he followed who was recommended to me was Leslie Craig. So I checked her out when she only had a couple singles on iTunes and I absolutely fell in love with “Rockstar” and “Far Side of River Jordan”. Now she’s put out a full album – Wild Card – and it is incredible! There’s something about her voice that just draws me in. The woman has pipes.

If her voice weren’t enough, her songs are great too. The lyrics are awesome; they are rock chick music. There is a story to ever song – most often, a story a woman will recognize. I’m not even going to try to pick a favourite since they will all be tied for first.

I think this is the link but the technology is giving me grief, so I apologize if it doesn’t work. But go to iTunes and search for LESLIE CRAIG and WILD CARD and check her out.

(This was not a solicited review – I found and bought the album on my own and think everyone should know about it.)
